Genmai hojicha is a traditional Japanese blend that combines roasted hojicha with roasted brown rice. How to Brew
Hot Brew:
Use 1 tablespoon (about 5g) of genmai hojicha per cup with water heated to 85–90°C. Steep for 30–45 seconds for a smooth and well-balanced cup.
Cold Brew:
Add 2 tablespoons (about 10g) to 500ml of cold water and refrigerate for 4–6 hours. The result is a refreshing, gently roasted tea with a soft nutty finish.
