Hojicha is a traditional Japanese roasted green tea where leaves are heated at high temperatures to develop a distinctive dark color and deep, roasted flavor. How to Brew
Hot Brew: Use 1 tablespoon (5g) of Orange Blend Hojicha per cup with water heated to 80-85°C. Steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute for a perfectly balanced cup. The combination of roasted tea and orange creates a naturally satisfying flavor that needs no additions.
Cold Brew: Add 2 tablespoons (10g) to 500ml of cold water and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. The result is a refreshing, naturally sweet cold tea perfect for any time of day.
